Crossroads

The Swiss Arts Council Pro Helvetia and the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) have jointly organised «Crossroads – international perspectives on culture art and society», an event to be held in Basel and Geneva from 8 to 10 February.

Paradise in India

Yan Duyvendak and Omar Ghayatt, artists from Switzerland and Egypt respectively, originally called their project «Made in Paradise». A few years later and having developed it further, they have come to the conclusion that they are «Still in Paradise», which they will now present in India.

«X Minutes» is an exceptional artistic project based on economic rules and principles, initiated by Swiss artists Martin Schick, François Gremaud and Viviane Pavillon. The Gessnerallee Zürich bought the performance «80 Minutes» and will present it on 25 January.

Swiss Artists in Trade Fair

The International Kulturbörse in Freiburg i. Br. (Germany) is a trade fair for stage and street art with around 350 exhibitors and 180 live performances from theatre, variety, cabaret, comedy, jazz, pop, rock & world music, dance, street theatre and spoken word. This year, it takes place from 21 to 24 January - and it focuses specifically on Switzerland!
